This week's Polk & Kush dives into Alvin Gentry's demise as the Pelicans' head coach, why the decision was made, and how the franchise moves forward. The birth of the Saints season is greeted with an injury to the offensive line, so we feign some shock and set the perspective. All that plus vented fishing shirts, SEC smiles, convention speakers, and all your favorite nonsense.

With the Pelicans swiftly eliminated from the bubble, we discuss what went wrong, what happened to Zion, and how the Pelicans can move forward. The gods gift us with real basketball but smite us with a half-speed Zion, prompting us to once again affix tin foil hats to figure out what's happening to the Pelicans. The insular SEC is moving to a 10 game schedule while our similarly cloistered lives are broken down in segments -- including a spicy political topic!Kush calls this "episode 9" at the beginning but we promise it's episode 10.

Episode 8 - Where in the World is Zion Sandiego?

Them boys are up to their usual shenannigans again this week with some very controversial takes on the disappearance of Zion Williamson and his unknown whereabouts, along with some surprisingly good news of the bubble's efficiency. We'll also throw in some piping-hot segments with ranting and raving about curb side pick-up, the downfall of Trader Joe, and crowd size restrictions. It's a scorcher!

Episode 7 - The Swimsuit Edition

This week Polk and Kush dig into the lunacy of midsummer power outages, casinos opening instead of bars, and the news springing out of the NBA bubble. Plus what does it mean to cancel non-conference football games. Of course there's Polk News, Overrated and Underrated, and The Worst of The Week.

The boys are back in town...and they're still very dumb. This week gets into the discomfort of the everlasting NBA bubble, how shredded a 20-year old man is, and how many letters are in a protected class acronym.
